Residential Permits (new construction) in Huntsville city limits:
In June, 329 housing units were permitted (68 single- and 261 multi-family). The top tract for building permits last month was 14.01 (Creekwood Park), where 233 units were permitted, all multi-family units with the Capital Park project on the south side of 72 West. This is a 242.7% increase over June 2013, when 96 housing units (all single-family) were permitted.

Residential Certificates of Occupancy (new construction) in Huntsville city limits:
254 housing units were granted certificates of occupancy (CO’s), 49 single- and 205 multi-family units. The top tract for CO’s in the month of May was 31 (Downtown) where 185 housing units were added, all multi-family units with the Artisan Twickenham Square project near Huntsville Hospital. This is a 3.3% increase over May 2013, when 246 housing units (96 single- and 150 multi-family) were granted CO’s.

Is this just a show room or something? I see their For Sale signs all throughout the five points area.
